Shanghai Disney Resort has announced that Park will host a limited-time exhibition called Avatar: Explore Pandora, marking the first time that the Avatar-themed touring exhibition will be hosted in a Disney Park worldwide.

The immersive exhibition will be presented in Tomorrowland from September 22, 2022, to March 2023, and will be open to park guests from 10:00 to 17:00 each day during park operating hours.

Avatar: Explore Pandora combines innovative storytelling and technology into a unique walkthrough exhibition where guests can explore Pandora the culture of its inhabitants, the Na’vi, and beautiful bioluminescent environments.

The 1,400-square-meter exhibition features recreations of iconic scenery and landmarks from the first Avatar film, with the centrepiece being the Tree of Voices which stands at a whopping six meters. Guests can also experience high-tech interactive elements including an Amplified Mobility Platform (AMP) suit simulator, as well as have the opportunity to be “Avatarized”.

Guests can also purchase limited-time Avatar souvenirs at the Tomorrowland Pavilion Shop during the limited-time event. Items include Na’vi plush, toys, collectible pins, and more.
