To commemorate the upcoming release of the new film Avatar: Way of Water on December 16, 2022, Tokyo DisneySea will offer limited-time Avatar-themed food and beverage and decorations from December 1, 2022.
During the event, life-size statues of Jake and Neytiri, characters from the movie “Avatar: Way of Water” will be installed in the Lost River Delta area at Tokyo DisneySea.
Also in the Lost River Delta, guests can visit the Yucatan Base Camp counter service restaurant to experience food and drink offerings inspired by the world of Avatar.
The special drink is a refreshing drink that mixes two syrups of rooibos tea jelly, elderflower, passion fruit, and cacao nibs representing soil. The drink is served in a cup featuring an Avatar design. Guests are encouraged to shine their phone light through the drink from below for an illuminating experience.
The special dessert is a blue vanilla-flavoured mousse topped with tea sponges, almonds, strawberry chocolate, and peaches. The characteristic feather-shaped chocolate in the centre of the dessert is inspired by the necklace of Neytiri, a character who appears in the film.
