The Tokyo Disney Resort Blog made mention of when the new Beauty and the Beast attraction is planning to open at Tokyo Disneyland. In their blog post celebrating the 700 millionth guest (read our English translation), they mentioned the attraction is planned to open spring 2020.
While there is no exact date, this may help you decide when to plan your trip to the park. My guess is in time for the anniversary on April 15, 2020.
