Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters Event: “Complete the Mission!” at Tokyo Disneyland

Tokyo Disneyland is set to host a special event Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters event, before it closes on October 31, 2024. The attraction is set to be replaced with a ‘Sugar Crash’ Wreck it Ralph attraction during fiscal year 2026 or later. The limited-time campaign will run from July 2nd to October 31st.

From July 2 (Tuesday) to September 18 (Wednesday), guests will be able to ride Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters Limited Time “Astro Hero Time!” Edition, offering guests the opportunity to earn higher scores by hitting certain targets in the attraction. Will you hit the coveted score of +999,999?!

Additionally, from September 19th and running until October 31st, Tokyo Disneyland will offer approximately five types of commemorative merchandise, while select popcorn wagons in the park, including those in Tomorrowland, will serve popcorn in limited-edition boxes themed around “Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters: Complete the Mission!”

Guests visiting Tomorrowland during the campaign period can also receive exclusive event stickers, whether or not they ride the attraction, while the Disney Resort Line will sell limited tickets at ticket vending machines in each station, starting September 19th.
