Character Greetings to Return to Tokyo Disneyland Main Entrance

There truly is no better way to start your day at Tokyo Disneyland than a meeting with the mouse himself. Fans of character greetings will be glad to hear that Character greetings return to the main entrance promenade at Tokyo Disneyland from January 17, 2022, following a three-year absence.

For decades, character greetings in the entrance promenade have been a long-standing fixture at the park, offering guests an opportunity to meet with their favourite Disney characters before even venturing through World Bazaar. Operations were suspended in 2019 due to the major overhaul of the entrance to the park which was then further impacted by social distancing requirements when the park reopened in July 2020.

This character greeting requires an Entry Request completed on the Tokyo Disney Resort App while inside the Park. You will be able to experience the greeting if you have been assigned a time slot through the Entry Request.

Guests can meet with Mickey and friends between 11:00 am – 4:00 pm daily in front of Main Street House.
