This summer, from July 1st to September 15th, 2025, guests dining at Chef Mickey’s at the Disney Ambassador Hotel can enjoy a Hawaiian-style buffet, bringing island-inspired flavors to the popular character dining restaurant. The menu features dishes like smoked salmon poke, garlic shrimp, and loco moco, along with refreshing summer beverages.
Guests at the Disney Ambassador Hotel can start their day with a touch of Disney magic as Mickey Mouse and Stitch from Lilo & Stitch visit tables during the tropical Hawaiian-style Breakfast Buffet. According to Tokyo Disney Resort, Stitch was drawn to Chef Mickey’s by the enticing scents of fruit and flowers, leading him to join the breakfast fun and make new ‘ohana’ with hotel guests.
Reservations for Chef Mickey’s can be made through the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservation Site. Hotel guests can book from the time of their hotel reservation until 60 minutes before arrival. Non-hotel guests can reserve lunch and dinner up to one month in advance, subject to availability. The Hawaiian-style breakfast buffet with Stitch is limited to those staying at the Disney Ambassador Hotel.
