Summer at Tokyo Disney Resort means soaring temperatures, and thankfully, the resort has unveiled a huge range of limited-time food and drink offerings to help guests stay cool during the 2026 Summer Cool Off celebration. From chilled noodle dishes and refreshing cold soups to fruity sparkling drinks, and frozen treats, there are plenty of options across both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.
Tokyo Disneyland
Several restaurants around Tokyo Disneyland are serving cold dishes perfect for hot summer days. At Grandma Sarah’s Kitchen, guests can enjoy a Roast beef and avocado salmon rice bowl with egg, while Cafe Orleans is offering a refreshing Cold Gumbo Soup packed with flavour.

Nothing says Japanese summer quite like kakigori, and Tokyo Disneyland is offering several options this year. Guests can cool down with the ever-popular tropical fruit Mickey Ice Bar, and the Peach & Raspberry Fruit Mickey Ice Bar. Baymax fans can cool off with the Yoghurt Happy Hero Baymax Ice Cream, available at select locations throughout the park.

Restaurant Sakura is serving Cold Eel Udon, while Cafe Portofino offers a refreshing Cold Seafood Pasta. Guests looking for lighter options can also enjoy a Cold Tomato & Strawberry Soup at Horizon Bay Restaurant.

Alongside the cold food offerings, Tokyo DisneySea is serving several frozen granita beverages perfect for hot summer afternoons. Guests can enjoy a Mango Granita at Ristorante di Canaletto, a dessert-inspired Tiramisu Granita at Cafe Portofino, or a refreshing Peach & Lemon Granita available at both Gondolier Snacks and Zambini Brothers Ristorante.
