The Villains are back! Halloween Time at Hong Kong Disneyland is set to cast a wicked spell this Autumn, offering family-friendly spooks, haunting decorations, limited-time entertainment, themed food and drink, and of course, a ton of exclusive Halloween merchandise!
Halloween Time at Hong Kong Disneyland runs from September 19 to November 2, 2025.

Things to Know
Before we get into the details, here are a few things to know:
- There is no Halloween Party, unlike the US parks.
- Halloween offerings are included in your park admission (some activities may be an extra charge).
- Disney Premier Access will be offered for “Let’s Get Wicked” (from HK$99). Disney Premier Access does not include admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park.
Limited-Time Dining
River View Cafe will transform with Jack Skellington’s The Nightmare Before Dinner, a special dining event that combines a themed set dinner with character encounters. Guests can enjoy a seasonal menu and meet Halloween Town Friends, plus take home a souvenir card as part of the experience.
The set dinner is priced at HK$498 for adults and HK$398 for children on regular days, while peak days are HK$598 for adults and HK$498 for children (ages 3–11). Guests can also choose to add on a photo package for HK$100, which comes with an 8R print and a digital download.
The park will also offer devilish treats designed for eating while taking in the park’s spooky atmosphere including Jack-in-the-Dark Blood Bags, black witch-themed pistachio soft serve ice cream and villain-inspired Halloween cupcakes.
Halloween Merchandise
It’s not Halloween at Disney without merchandise! The Hong Kong Disneyland Halloween 2025 collection features a huge lineup of spooky-fun items perfect for the season. Fans can pick up exclusive Stitch Halloween goods, with the mischievous alien dressed in festive costumes, along with an adorable range of Duffy & Friends Halloween items that bring a sweet, playful vibe.
Classic characters also get their moment, with a Winnie the Pooh Halloween collection featuring the lovable bear and friends in themed outfits, while fans of Tim Burton will love the Nightmare Before Christmas range, inspired by Jack Skellington, Sally, and Zero.
For those looking for park essentials, there’s a variety of Halloween headbands and a Halloween mini-hat collection that make easy costume add-ons.
Guests can also shop Halloween apparel for a complete look, plus Halloween candy and the charming Halloween Little Ghosts series to take home as seasonal souvenirs.

Limited-Time Entertainment

Uninvited! A Villains Takeover Party
This year features a brand-new entertainment offering! Part cavalcade, part street show and musical spectacle, Uninvited! A Villains Takeover Party will showcase various Disney Villains, including Maleficent, who decides to stir up some fun of her own after being uninvited from yet another royal gathering! The sinister street party promises to be a highlight this Halloween season!
Let’s Get Wicked
“Let’s Get Wicked” will return to Theatre in the Wild in Adventureland, transporting guests into a wicked world full of Disney villains performing iconic songs, including Ursula, Cruella de Vil, Dr. Facilier, Gaston, and Maleficent. The high-energy show will be presented in the Festival of the Lion King theatre.
Disney Premier Access will be offered for “Let’s Get Wicked” (from HK$99) for the period September 19, 2025 – November 2, 2025. Please note that Disney Premier Access does not include admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park.
Jungle River Cruise
New this Halloween, Adventureland’s Jungle Cruise will take on a spooky limited-time overlay that adds extra thrills to the classic river journey once night sets. Are you brave enough for this voyage?
Character Greetings
During the Halloween season, guests can meet with popular characters, many appearing in cute Halloween costumes. Winnie the Pooh and his friends will be dressed in festive outfits perfect for the occasion!
Inside the cosy Duffy and Friends Play House, a cheeky Halloween spirit takes over while Disney Villains cause mischief outside. Duffy, ShellieMay, Gelatoni, StellaLou, CookieAnn, ‘Olu Mel, and LinaBell are all dressed in brand-new costumes inspired by a magical Halloween forest.
Trick or Treat Trail
The Trick-or-Treat Trail is back for Halloween. Guests can pick up a candy party bag before setting off, but be prepared – mischievous cast members are waiting with playful Halloween challenges!
Hotel Offerings
Guests staying at Hong Kong Disneyland’s resort hotels can enhance their visit with a number of add-on experiences, including Halloween room packages with exclusive merchandise and fun activities for families, including Jack-o-lantern cookie decoration classes.
Best Time to Visit
The weather is still hot in September and October with an average of 27°C (81°F) and 26°C (80°F) with high humidity. It doesn’t rain as much in October compared to September.
The best days to visit are Tuesday-Friday to avoid crowds (not that Hong Kong gets especially busy compared to other Disney Parks, but weekends are always busier in general). I suggest visiting near the end of October due to the cooling weather and you skip Golden Week, which makes both Hong Kong and Shanghai rather busy.
September is also fine as there are no major holidays, but if you don’t like the heat and humidity, then it’s best to go with October.

- Arrive 30 minutes before park opening to get photos with characters on Main Street U.S.A. in costumes
