Disney music fans across Japan have something special to look forward to in 2026. Disney on Classic: A Gift of Dreams and Magic is returning for its sixth nationwide tour, bringing beloved Disney and Pixar stories to life through a full live orchestra and Japanese vocalists. Running from May 16th to June 28th, the tour will feature 18 performances in 14 cities across Japan, from Sapporo to Fukuoka.
This year’s programme blends animated classics, Pixar favourites, and memorable songs from Tokyo Disney Resort. The theme song from Tokyo Disneyland’s nighttime entertainment Reach for the Stars will be performed live for the very first time as part of the Disney on Classic concert series.
The concert will feature extended musical presentations from Pixar’s Coco and Disney’s Cinderella, both accompanied by on-screen footage from the films. Audience members can expect familiar favourites from Coco, such as “Remember Me” and “Un Poco Loco,” alongside classic tunes from Cinderella, including “A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes,” “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo,” and “Is This Love?”
The concert will also feature a special section celebrating 40 years of Pixar Animation Studios, including “Phantom Journey” from Toy Story, “Without You” from Monsters, Inc., and “My Lovely Riley,” the Japanese theme song for Inside Out.
General ticket sales begin on Friday, January 30, with advance opportunities available through Harmony Japan’s Club Harmony membership service.
