The limited-time event will take place from April 9 to June 30 and will feature an exciting Donald Duck-themed parade, decorations, food and drink, and of course, a tonne of merchandise.

Decoration

During Donald’s Quacky Duck City event, Tokyo Disneyland will be filled with decorations dedicated to everyone’s favorite grumpy Duck. Upon entering the park, guests will be greeted by a Donald Duck version of the iconic flower bed at the Park’s entrance, and a grand Donald marquee.

Upon entering World Bazaar, guests will find a golden monument of Donald for the “Quacky Award Ceremony“, which is sure to be a hit photo spot. Decor includes festive bunting in Donald’s sailor colours, and trophies for the many Donald’s many talents, including “Best Chef” and “Best Muscles.”

The plaza in front of Cinderella Castle also features decor, including a “Welcome to Duck City” sign, while the popular Plaza Pavilion will feature decorations inspired by Donald Duck’s classic look.

Entertainment

A limited-time parade titled “Quacky Celebration ★ Donald the Legend!,” will feature Disney friends dressed in Donald’s iconic blue, white, and yellow colours celebrating Donald Duck and his many talents. The parade will also mark the debut of Pete in an entertainment program at Tokyo Disney Resort.

The parade will be presented once per day along the parade route and at the Castle Forecourt during the event and will feature 6 floats and 65 performers. The parade features popular Disney characters in retro graphic costumes, inspired by the Pop Art movement vintage comics of the mid- to late-1950s.

The parade will start in Fantasyland and stop at the following three locations: (1) between Fantasyland and Westernland; (2) between the Plaza and Castle Forecourt; (3) between Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. Guests can enjoy different scenes based on where they view the parade.
