Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City! Limited-Time Event at Tokyo Disneyland

Tokyo Disneyland will present the fourth instalment of the “Disney Palpalooza” event series with “Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City!” The limited-time event continues the theme of last year’s Donald-inspired event which saw Tokyo Disneyland reimagined as Donald’s utopia. Determined to fulfil his dream of becoming the King of Superstars, Donald returns to his beloved Duck City!

The limited-time event will take place from April 8th to June 30th at Tokyo Disneyland and will feature a Donald Duck-themed parade, decorations, food and drink, and of course, a tonne of merchandise.

Decorations

During Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City!, Tokyo Disneyland will be filled with decorations dedicated to everyone’s favourite grumpy Duck. Upon entering the park, guests will be greeted by a Donald Duck version of the iconic flower bed at the Park’s entrance, and a grand Donald marquee.

At the entrance of the World Bazaar, guests can take photos with friends at the Donald monument in the centre. Like other Disney Palpalooza events, this photo spot is expected to be a popular attraction as visitors gather to capture the perfect shot to commemorate their visit to Duck City.

The plaza in front of Cinderella Castle, renamed Duck City Plaza will also feature festive Donald decor, while the Plaza Pavilion Restaurant will be decorated with an eye-catching Quacky Duck motif.

Entertainment

Tokyo Disneyland welcomes back “Quacky Celebration★Donald the Legend!”, a lively parade honoring Donald Duck. Featuring six floats and 65 performers, including Donald’s fans, the Quacky Ducks, with Pete leading the festivities.

The energetic parade moves through the parade route and Castle Forecourt once or twice daily. Guests can enjoy unique views from Fantasyland, Westernland, Plaza, Castle Forecourt, and Tomorrowland. Performances are subject to weather and operational changes.

Special Merchandise

From Monday, April 7, guests can purchase an array of items inspired by the chaotic world of “Duck City”, including a “Quack-Quack Stick”, which produces a “quack quack” or “Guwa Guwa” sound when shaken, alongside a collection of Donald-inspired wearable goods to wear while at Tokyo Disneyland.

Additionally, a variety of stationery, including the ever-popular clear folder, will be available, featuring bold designs of King Donald in a crown and cape with a comic book-inspired style.

In addition, the frozen food “Tokyo Disney Resort Frozen Selection” will feature the first Donald bun featuring Donald’s unique facial expressions.

Food and Drink

Plaza Pavillion Restaurant will receive a Donald Duck make-over and offer limited-time food and drink options inspired by Donald. Guests can enjoy the Donald’s Wacky Classic Set with a commemorative placemat and an Orange and Pineapple special drink with a souvenir Coaster.

Resort Hotel Offerings

From April 8th to June 30th, 2025, the Disney Ambassador Hotel will offer a special “Disney Palpalooza ‘Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City!’ room, featuring a headboard with a design of Donald surrounded by many Quacky Ducks and wall art of Mickey Mouse and friends praising Donald.

In addition, starting on Tuesday, April 1, ahead of the start of the event, the restaurants at the Disney Ambassador Hotel and Tokyo Disneyland Hotel will be offering a variety of special menus created by their chefs in the image of Donald as the King of Superstars.

The Disney Resort Line will be offering day passes and souvenir medallions featuring a “Disney Palpalooza “Donald’s Quacky Duck! Duck! Duck City” design” from April 8th to Monday, June 30th.
