Hong Kong Disneyland Resort will once again welcome spring with the return of Duffy & Friends Play Days. Running from Friday, March 20 to Sunday, June 7, 2026, the limited-time event will offer special character greetings, themed food and drinks, hotel offerings, exclusive merchandise, and appearances by all your favourite Duffy friends.
At the Duffy & Friends Playhouse, guests can meet Duffy & Friends dressed in brand-new sailor-style outfits created exclusively for the spring season. Guests can enjoy hugs, chats, and heartwarming moments with Duffy, ShellieMay, StellaLou, Gelatoni, Cookie Ann, Olu Mel, and Lina Belle.
Fans will also have the opportunity to capture spring memories with their favourite plush toys, with three exciting new photo spots at Castle of Magical Dreams, Adventureland, Grizzly Gulch, and Mystic Point.
Duffy & Friends will also appear on a giant float in Hong Kong Disneyland’s 25th anniversary parade, Friendtastic!, the largest parade in the park’s history. The giant parade float features all seven friends.
As part of the park’s 20th anniversary celebrations, Duffy and all seven friends will make their first-ever appearance in Disney Friends Live: Castle Party. Dressed in new costumes, the characters join an up-tempo, concert-style daytime castle show filled with music and movement. The 15-minute daytime show will be presented in front of the Castle of Magical Dreams.
Fan-favourite stage show StellaLou’s Wonderful Wish Ballet also returns for a limited run from Thursday, April 30 to Sunday, May 31, 2026. Performed in the Disney Storybook Theater, the 30-minute production tells a heartfelt story about following your dreams. Disney Premier Access is available for guests wanting priority seating for this show.
In the evening, Momentous: Party in the Night Sky brings the day to a close with projection mapping, drones, and fireworks. During Duffy & Friends Play Days, the smiling faces of the characters appear across the night sky during the epic finale.
Guests can also enjoy Spring-themed treats and menu items created especially for the event. Highlights include Duffy & Friends egg tarts, seasonal desserts, and a variety of character-inspired snacks. New sailor-themed merchandise will also be released, focusing on the friendship between Mickey and Duffy.
Guests staying at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels can upgrade their stay with The Mickey & Duffy Voyage In-Room Theme Surprise, which includes a limited-edition plush dressed in a sailor costume. Guests can also add the new Duffy & Friends In-Room Celebration with themed touches inspired by Duffy’s world. Additionally, every Tuesday night, one of Duffy & Friends appears in pyjamas at the Kingdom Club in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.
Guests who purchase park tickets through their MyDisney HK account during the event period will receive a not-for-sale Duffy & Friends puzzle, along with shopping and dining discount coupons worth up to HK$200.
Guests using the Non-Stop 2-Day Fun Ticket can add a second park day for HK$100. During Duffy & Friends Play Days, this ticket also includes a designated viewing area pass for Disney Friends Live: Castle Party on the first day of park entry. Hotel guests booking two or more nights can also take advantage of a special offer providing 30 per cent off flexible rates at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels.
