Photo Walkthrough of Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast at Tokyo Disneyland

WARNING: This post contains photos that are considered spoilers for Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast. The photos are of the queue, preshow, loading area, and the ride itself. If you wish to avoid spoilers check out the Beauty and the Beast merchandise and food instead!

Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast is the most anticipated attraction at Tokyo Disneyland. This trackless dark ride is part of the huge Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, and Toontown expansion at the Park. You board a teacup and glide through the story of Beauty and the Beast.

While the outside of the Beast’s Castle is stunning, what about the inside? Well, today we’re going to take you on a photo tour of the queue, preshow, loading area, and the ride itself!

These official photos of inside the queue, preshow, loading area and the ride are provided by Oriental Land Co., Ltd. and are used with permission. The featured photo is taken by us.

Belle and the Beast begin welcoming guests starting September 28, 2020, at Tokyo Disneyland!

Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast Queue

The story begins the moment you step into the queue. Even if you’re waiting for a long time (see our video on how to ride Beauty and the Beast with its new “Entry Request” system) there’s more than enough to see throughout the queue!

Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast Preshow

This attraction is full of animatronics and the preshow is where you first see the Beast and Belle. They look as if they came right out of the movie itself.

Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast Loading Area

You enter through the kitchen, how perfect is that? The teacups hold 10 guests and 6 teacups go at once. A total of 60 guests dispatch through the attraction every few minutes. That’s a lot of guests!

You’ll have a huge smile on your face the entire time you’re spinning around through the Beast’s castle.

More Things to Do in Tokyo

My recommendations for things to do in and around Tokyo! Plan a day at the Hello Kitty theme park, Sanrio Puroland, and an afternoon at the popular TeamLab Planets TOKYO. Take a tour around Tokyo with the convenient hop-on and-off bus. Spend a rainy afternoon inside Japan’s largest indoor theme park, Tokyo Joyoplis, near Tokyo Disney!

Wow, thank you for all of the wonderful pictures! I am amazed at the level of details in this one – might be one of the most intricate yet! That castle is impressive. And I spotted some more (correctly-spelled) French in there 🙂
