Halloween is taking over Hong Kong Disneyland this autumn, with Halloween Time bringing family-friendly scares, spooky decorations, limited-time entertainment, themed food and drinks, and plenty of exclusive Halloween merchandise to the park.
Halloween Time at Hong Kong Disneyland runs from September 18 to November 1, 2026.

Before we get into the details, here are a few things to know:
- There is no Halloween Party, unlike the US parks.
- Halloween offerings are included in your park admission (some activities may be an extra charge).
- Disney Premier Access will be offered for “Let’s Get Wicked” (from HK$99). Disney Premier Access does not include admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park.
Limited-Time Entertainment
Hong Kong Disneyland is bringing plenty of spooky fun to the park this Halloween with a line-up of limited-time entertainment. Show times may vary, so be sure to check the official Hong Kong Disneyland website or app before you visit.
Uninvited! A Villains Takeover Party
Uninvited! A Villains Takeover Party returns with an expanded route and an even bigger villainous takeover of Main Street, U.S.A. Led by Maleficent, 10 Disney Villains and their henchmen will take over the street, including Hades, Captain Hook, Queen of Hearts, Lady Tremaine, Jafar, Gaston and Oogie Boogie. Each Villain will command their own dance territory, turning Main Street into a wicked block party filled with music, dancing and sinister surprises.
Guests dressed for the occasion may even be invited to join the Villains at their signature “tables” during the party anthem. With its expanded route, huge cast of Villains and interactive elements, Uninvited! A Villains Takeover Party is set to be one of the major highlights of this year’s Halloween celebrations.
Guests can purchase Disney Premier Access for Uninvited! A Villains Takeover Party, giving them access to a designated viewing area for the entertainment during their selected timeslot. Let’s Get Wicked
“Let’s Get Wicked” will return to Theatre in the Wild in Adventureland, transporting guests into a wicked world full of Disney villains performing iconic songs, including Ursula, Cruella de Vil, Dr. Facilier, Gaston, and Maleficent. The high-energy show will be presented in the Festival of the Lion King theatre.
Guests can purchase Disney Premier Access for Let’s Get Wicked, providing priority admission to the show during their selected timeslot. Disney Premier Access for the show starts from HK$99. Please note that Disney Premier Access does not include admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park.
Limited-Time Dining
River View Cafe will once again transform with Jack Skellington’s The Nightmare Before Dinner, a special dining event that combines a themed set dinner with character encounters. Guests can enjoy a seasonal menu and meet Halloween Town Friends. The set dinner is priced at HK$498 for adults and HK$398 for children on regular days, while peak days are HK$598 for adults and HK$498 for children (ages 3–11).
Magic Access Members can enjoy advance booking for Jack Skellington’s The Nightmare Before Dinner, with Platinum Card Members able to book from August 17 to 23, 2026, and Gold and Silver Card Members from August 20 to 23, 2026.
Guests can also choose to add on a photo package for HK$150, which comes with an 8R print and a digital download. Guests at Jack Skellington’s The Nightmare Before Dinner at River View Cafe can purchase a limited-edition Halloween Town tote bag at a special price of $139.
Halloween Food and Drink
The park will also offer devilish treats designed for eating while taking in the park’s spooky atmosphere including Glowing Blood Bag special drinks inspired by Jack and Oogie Boogie, alongside limited-time popcorn served in Nightmare Before Christmas boxes.
Guests can also enjoy a new Maleficent-inspired grape flavoured soft serve – exclusive to the Halloween season.
This year’s Halloween food lineup will include plenty of spooky creations, including a Mickey pumpkin-shaped treat, a pumpkin-shaped sandwich, and a creepy dessert featuring ghost-shaped decorations served in a coffin with a cobweb design.

Halloween Merchandise
It wouldn’t be Halloween at Disney without some seasonal merchandise! The Hong Kong Disneyland Halloween 2026 collection features a wide range of spooky-fun items, including themed T-shirts, character-inspired headbands, plush toys and keychains, making it easy to add some Halloween spirit to your park outfit.

Character Greetings
During the Halloween season, guests can meet Mickey Mouse and Friends in their exclusive Halloween costumes, giving fans the chance to see their favourite characters dressed up for the occasion.
Disney Villains will also take over the park, with Cruella, the Queen, Lady Tremaine, Anastasia, Drizella and other notorious Villains making appearances throughout the day. As the afternoon progresses, even more Villains will emerge across the park, bringing their wicked personalities to the Halloween celebrations.
Inside the cosy Duffy and Friends Play House, a cheeky Halloween spirit takes over while Disney Villains cause mischief outside. Duffy, ShellieMay, Gelatoni, StellaLou, CookieAnn, ‘Olu Mel, and LinaBell are all dressed in brand-new costumes.
Hotel Offerings
Guests staying at Hong Kong Disneyland’s resort hotels can enhance their visit with a number of add-on experiences, including Halloween room packages with exclusive merchandise and fun activities for families.
Get into the Halloween spirit with a Mickey and Friends-themed party pack delivered to your room. The pre-order set includes a Mickey and Friends headband, bag charms and tote bag featuring a spooky rock band-inspired design.
Duffy and Friends fans can add a touch of magic to their stay with a wizard-themed party pack. The set includes Duffy and Friends headbands and bag charms inspired by witches and wizards.
Guests can join a villain-inspired Halloween party at the Piano Pool, with themed photo props, a mixology workshop, spooky food and drinks, and music for dancing. Guests are encouraged to dress in their best villain-inspired looks, with special recognition for standout outfits and dance moves.
Best Time to Visit
The weather is still hot in September and October with an average of 27°C (81°F) and 26°C (80°F) with high humidity. It doesn’t rain as much in October compared to September.
The best days to visit are Tuesday-Friday to avoid crowds (not that Hong Kong gets especially busy compared to other Disney Parks, but weekends are always busier in general). I suggest visiting near the end of October due to the cooling weather and you skip Golden Week, which makes both Hong Kong and Shanghai rather busy.
September is also fine as there are no major holidays, but if you don’t like the heat and humidity, then it’s best to go with October.
