Summer celebrations are underway at Hong Kong Disneyland, with the park offering a slew of new merchandise, limited-time entertainment, and summery food and beverage options!
‘Wild About Summer at Hong Kong Disneyland‘ will be offered until September 3, 2023.
Entertainment
At the Castle of Magical Dreams, guests can enjoy the special summer edition of “Follow Your Dreams” featuring Mickey Mouse and Friends. This show boasts special effects and spectacular water features and mist to keep guests cool during the summer heat.
Embark on a thrilling adventure with the brand-new “Adventure is Out There!” stage show in Adventureland. Mickey Mouse and Goofy take center stage in stylish adventure-themed outfits. The show features Disney Friends like Russell from Up, King Louie from The Jungle Book, Moana, and Stitch.
“Pixar Water Play Street Party!” is another entertainment highlight not to be missed this summer. Pixar characters, including Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Bo Peep from Toy Story, Joy and Sadness from Inside Out, and Carl and Dug from Up come together for a delightful and splash-filled celebration.
Food and Beverage
Outdoor Vending Carts across the park offer a delightful array of Instagrammable, mouth-watering summer desserts inspired by the Hawaiian vibes from Lilo and Stitch.
Visitors can enjoy an array of delightful summer dessert options inspired by Donald Duck, including a citrus Tamurana-flavoured soft serve featuring Donald’s feet on top, available at Midtown Delights.
Other options include the Earl Grey Tea Bergamot Dessert Bar with pieces of chocolate shaped like Donald Duck’s feet. Additionally, Toy Story Land will offer fruit-flavored muffins in the shape of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the Aliens, in addition to featuring a Jessie-inspired special drink.
Merchandise
Hong Kong Disneyland has released a number of merchandise ranges for the summer season, including a hyper-colour Toy Story beachwear, a Donald Duck collection, and a unique denim collection. The Stylin’ All Day range features the Disney gang in stylish casual sweaters and baseball caps.
Hotels
Join the “Summer Splash Poolside Party,” at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Disney Explorers Lodge, where guests can not only enjoy Hawaiian dancing and mini-games but also have a selfie
moment with Stitch. Special party package add-ons are also available at both hotels.
Disney’s Hollywood Hotel made its grand return on July 14 following an extended closure. The revitalized hotel features a refreshed lobby and revamped restaurants promising unparalleled dining experiences.
New additions to the hotel include The Archivist, an elegant Art Deco lounge showcasing artifacts from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Ink & Plate, which pays tribute to the legendary Ink & Paint Department of Walt Disney Animation Studios.
