To commemorate the 100th anniversary of The Walt Disney Company, Japan Airlines will launch a specially painted aircraft “JAL DREAM EXPRESS Disney 100” featuring beloved Disney characters.
The JAL DREAM EXPRESS Disney 100 (aircraft number JA615J) will be put into service on domestic flights from December 6, 2022, and is scheduled to operate until around February 2024.
The Boeing 767-300ER aircraft will feature a colourful design highlighting popular Disney characters including, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Frozen’s Elsa, Ariel and Pixar characters.
The JAL DREAM EXPRESS Disney 100 will feature seat covers themed to Disney’s popular characters including Mickey and Minnie Mouse. There are seven designs, which will be randomly assigned to seats.
The airline will also offer paper Disney-themed cups. Guests will receive one of nine designs at random. The design provided varies depending on the time – not all types are available at the same time.
Additionally, guests will receive a special boarding certificate sticker as a commemorative gift. The certificate received is dependant on the date of your flight as noted below. Although not pictured, postcards featuring a special AL DREAM EXPRESS Disney 100 design will be offered to guests.
Lastly, if you board a JAL domestic flight, connect to the in-flight Wi-Fi, and use the JAL FLIGHT FUN! app, you can access 5 types of photo frames to document your trip. Different frames will be made available during the promotional period.
“JAL DREAM EXPRESS Disney 100” related products will be sold on domestic flights and at the airport shop BLUE SKY after January 2023. Further details will be announced by Japan Airlines.
