Universal Studios Japan is closing out the 10th anniversary of Universal Cool Japan with a brand-new dining adventure straight out of Monster Hunter Wilds. From November 19, 2025, to May 17, 2026, the park will debut “Monster Hunter Wilds – Wudwud Feast,” an immersive theme restaurant that recreates the Scarlet Forest and the hideout of the lively beastman Moriba.
The collaboration will see The Lost World Restaurant in Jurassic Park be transformed into Moriba’s hideout, complete with “ultra-realistic” touches that make you feel like you’ve stepped into the game.
Around the bonfire, guests can dig into grilled dishes and hearty platters prepared by Moriba himself, enjoying what the park calls a “super shocking” dining experience.
The special menu includes hearty village-style platters that come with one of six random original coasters, featuring focaccia topped with Suja-inspired meat and gooey kunafa cheese.
Guests can also tuck into dishes like butter chicken curry with rich gochisou mushrooms, paired with grilled cabbage and fiery monster chili, all cooked over the bonfire.
For younger hunters, the Support Squad Airou Kids Set offers a roast beef and vegetable sandwich, with chocolate donuts shaped like the ever-popular Airou. *Available for children up to 6 years old.
To wash it all down, there’s a refreshing Great Recovery drink made with kiwi, shiso, and honey soda.
or dessert, the Lavala Ballina mousse combines sour cherry and white cream, decorated with toppings inspired by cotton flowers and needles for a sweet finish that looks almost too beautiful to eat.

Getting around Japan by the world-renowned bullet train, known as the Shinkansen, is incredibly fast, reliable, and affordable for visitors. You can travel from Tokyo to Osaka in just over 2 hours. Get the JR Rail Pass to save a ton of money on the bullet train for your trip.
Book Your Hotel
Universal Studios Japan has affordable accommodations that are steps away from the park and have easy access to Osaka. I recommend checking prices through Booking.com followed by the hotels directly. Sometimes, you’re able to score some incredible deals. Here’s a short list of hotels at Universal Studios Japan I recommend.
- The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan – You’re directly in front of the Park gates and have instant access to Universal CityWalk Osaka. The rooms are gorgeous, with restaurants and even a Lawson (Japanese convenience store).
