“Pikachu Hanten” Chinese-style Set Menu and Merchandise at Pokémon Café


Pokémon Cafe is set to introduce a Chinese-style fixed menu, accompanied by a range of themed tableware adorned with artwork created by Japanese artist Gibumi, with a design depicting Pikachu, dressed in traditional Hanten attire.” Pikachu Hanten” will appear at the Pokemon Cafe!

Pikachu Hanten” will be available for a limited time at “Pokémon Cafe” in Nihonbashi, Tokyo and Shinsaibashi, Osaka from Saturday, April 29, 2023.

The set menu includes a Pikachu Ramen, Yancham-themed fried rice, and a dim sum plate, all served on limited-edition Pikachu Hanten tableware. Let’s take a look at what’s on offer!

Pikachu Hanten Merchandise

The tableware used in the new menu is from the “Pikachu Hanten” goods scheduled to be released on May 3 (Wednesday) at the Pokemon Center and Pokemon Cafe. Items include octagonal plates and retro glasses, placemats and even a Chinese-style restaurant uniform shirt worn by staff.

Pokémon Café requires advance reservations. Reservations are made online and are in English. You can make your reservations for the Tokyo store here or the Osaka store here. The reservations open one month in advance and you can reserve for 1 to 8 people.
