Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Menu Added to Pokémon Café
The Pokémon Company has announced new menu items at its official Pokémon Cafes in Osaka and Tokyo, inspired by Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the latest instalment of the insanely popular video game franchise. Let’s take a look at the menu!
To celebrate the release of the game on November 18, 2022, Pokémon Cafe is releasing two new set course menus and speciality drinks featuring the first Pokemon you meet in the Paldea region, Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly.

The Scarlet Course set menu consists of a Sprigatito crispy potato salad with small shrimp and egg with cobb dressing, Fuecoco hamburger and cream doria with plenty of cheese along with a Quaxly-themed dessert consisting of cheesecake with orange and mango fruits.

The Violet Course set menu features a Sprigatito macaroni salad with bacon and cheese with caesar dressing, a Fuecoco sweet potato and grilled chicken cream doria and grape and blueberry fruit Quaxly cheesecake with grape sauce.

Pokemon Cafe will also offer a series of limited-time special drinks themed to accompany your meal.
Drinks include a Sprigatito melon ice cream soda, Fuecoco Apple Ice Cream Soda and a Quaxly Ramune flavoured ice cream soda.
If you’re in the mood for a hot drink, the cafe will also offer coffee featuring designs featuring characters from the Paldea region featured in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Each course comes with an A6-sized mount that can be used as a background for photography and an original sticker. The scarlet course and the violet course have different designs.
New designs will be added to the luncheon mats available in the café. There are 16 types of Pokémon Café original placemats, which are randomly presented with each meal.
Additionally, each drink order will come with a Pokémon Café original clear coaster. There are five designs, assigned at random.
Pokémon Café requires advance reservations. Reservations are made online and are in English. You’re able to make your reservations for the Tokyo store here or the Osaka store here. The reservations open one month in advance and you’re able to reserve for 1 to 8 people.

More Things to Do in Tokyo
My recommendations for things to do in and around Tokyo! Plan a day at the Hello Kitty theme park, Sanrio Puroland, and an afternoon at the popular TeamLab Planets TOKYO. Take a tour around Tokyo with the convenient hop-on and-off bus. Spend a rainy afternoon inside Japan’s largest indoor theme park, Tokyo Joyoplis, near Tokyo Disney!
