In unexpected news, the popular Sailing Day Buffet at Tokyo Disney Resort closes permanently on March 31, 2018. There’s no word about what’s planned for this space afterward. The official website confirms the closing date.
This was one of my favourite buffets. Not only was the food delicious but the interior alone is worth the price of admission. There are still other options for buffets at Tokyo Disney Resort, however:
- Crystal Palace in Tokyo Disneyland
- Oceano in Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta
- Sherwood Garden Buffet in the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel
- Chef Mickey in the Disney Ambassador Hotel
- Kyo No Uta in Ikspiari
- BUFFET THE GRACE in Ikspiari
These do need reservations called “Priority Seating”, read my dining guide to learn how to make a reservation. For the buffets in Ikspiari, contact the restaurant directly. If you’re visiting before March 31, 2018, make sure to give this buffet a try one last time. I’m making my reservations now!
