Osaka Castle is getting a major dose of mystery this spring with the opening of the Detective Conan Osaka Castle Honjin SPECIAL SHOP. Located inside MIRAIZA Osaka Castle, right in front of Yomiuri TV, the studio behind Detective Conan, this pop-up store runs from March 6 to August 31, 2026, offering fans a rare chance to grab exclusive goods and themed treats.
Fans can pick up treats you won’t find anywhere else, all featuring adorable Conan-themed touches. Highlights include braised pork buns shaped like Conan’s face, Peach Bun and Sesame Ball dim sims, speciality drinks with collectible acrylic straw charms, and soft serve in various delicious flavours.
All food items are takeout only, and drinks come with the added bonus of an acrylic straw charm.
You can also pair your drink with an acrylic stand coaster or souvenir cup to snap fun photos with your favourite characters.
The shop’s merchandise corner is packed with limited-edition items spanning the Sengoku, Karuta, and Neon Chinese Restaurant themes. Noteworthy items include T-shirts, acrylic stands of favourite characters, stamp books, plush pouches and stationery including masking tape, and clear files.
Fans spending ¥3,000 or more, or purchasing three eligible items, can also receive novelty gifts like Trading Clear Film (25 designs in total) or stickers, while supplies last.
