Tokyo Disney Resort’s hotels are celebrating the opening of the huge expansion of Tokyo Disneyland with a special menu inspired by the new attractions and entertainment opening on April 15, 2020. There are Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast meals, a Happy Ride with Baymax’s parfait, Minnie’s Style Studio drinks, and an afternoon tea based on the new Fantasyland Forest Theatre. I am a huge fan of the 1920s and 30s so it certainly comes as no surprise that my favourite Disney Hotel in Tokyo is Disney’s Ambassador Hotel. The resort is located next to the Ikspiari shopping centre and makes a perfect cut through if walking from Tokyo Disneyland to Tokyo DisneySEA.
