Halloween begins September 9 at Tokyo Disney Resort and not only will the Parks be celebrating this fun event, but also the Disney Hotels. Restaurants at the Disney Ambassador, MiraCosta and Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, are introducing special sets between September 1 – October 31.
