Tokyo Disney Resort is releasing their first recipe book, ‘Disney Meals at Home – Tokyo Disney Resort Official Recipe Collection‘. Soon you will be able to enjoy meals from Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea in the comfort of your own home.

From simple recipes to the more advanced, let’s take a look at some of the dishes that will be included in this collection!

‘Disney Meals at Home – Tokyo Disney Resort Official Recipe Collection‘ consists of 62 recipes selected by 6 chefs, including the park’s Executive Chef. Recipes include Western Food, Japanese food, Chinese food, and desserts from 20 Tokyo Disneyland restaurants and 17 Tokyo DisneySea restaurants.

Select recipes include:

• Seafood Crepe Gratan
• Seafood Gumbo
• Gyoza Dog
• Mickey Waffle
• Festival Chirashizushi

Also included are special menu items from past Tokyo Disney Resort events which are no longer available in the parks, plus new dishes from Tokyo DisneySea’s 20th Anniversary event such as Roasted Grie and Aigamo, Beef, and Truffle Sauce and Mushroom Cream Soup.

How to Buy

You can find ‘Disney Meals at Home – Tokyo Disney Resort Official Recipe Collection’ at select restaurants and merchandise venues across Tokyo Disneyland (Eastside Café, Center Street Coffeehouse, Restaurant Hokusai, Blue Bayou Restaurant) and Tokyo DisneySea (Magellan’s, Ristorante di Canaletto, SS Columbia Dining Room, and Restaurant Sakura). This book is only available in Japanese.

‘Disney Meals at Home – Tokyo Disney Resort Official Recipe Collection‘ will be available from September 22, 2021, with a list price of 1,650 yen including tax (published by Kodansha Co., Ltd.).
