Next month will see the return of Tanabata Days, which for Tokyo Disney Resort fans is a short event to fill in the gap between Easter and Summer events. Both parks will be celebrating this Japanese tradition also known as the Star Festival.
This festival traces its origins to a legend that the Cowherd Star (Altair) and Weaver Star (Vega), who were lovers separated by the Milky Way, and are allowed to meet just once a year on the seventh day of the seventh month.
Tanabata Days begins June 16 – July 7, 2016 at Tokyo DisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland. Here’s a look at select merchandise, food, and Duffy goods available for this special event. A full list of available items is found on the official website. All information and images are from the official Tokyo Disney Resort website and are subject to change.

Available starting June 16 at the Emporium, Emporio and other select stores inside the parks and around Tokyo Disney Resort.








Duffy Merchandise
Duffy merchandise is available only at select stores in Tokyo DisneySea.
