Tokyo Disney Resort Tanabata Days 2017 Merchandise and Food

Tanabata Days 2017 begins June 15 to July 7, 2017, at both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. Even with this short event (3 weeks), there’s a number of seasonal merchandise, food, snacks, and cocktails!

This Japanese festival traces its origins to a legend where two lovers — Cowherd Star (Altair) and Weaver Star (Vega) — who were lovers separated by the Milky Way. Where they are able to meet once a year on the seventh day of the seventh month.

Tanabata Days Merchandise

Available from June 15 at the Grand Emporium and Emporio. Duffy merchandise is exclusive to McDuck’s Department Store.

There’s a variety of snacks and drinks to enjoy at both parks too! Available from June 15 at select restaurants.
