Tokyo Disney Resort has announced a limited-time discount ticket for residents of the Tokyo metropolitan area, offering residents discounted park entry on weekdays during the resort’s 40th-anniversary celebrations.
The Metropolitan Area Weekday Passport will be available from Monday to Friday from April 6, 2023, to July 21, 2023, and is available for guests who live, work, or go to school in the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Ibaraki, Gunma, Tochigi, Yamanashi).
The following ticket prices are valid from Thursday, April 6, 2023, to Friday, June 30, 2023, with ticket prices for July 3 to July 21 be announced at a later date:

| Adult (18 years old and over) | 7,900 yen (regular price: 8,400 yen) |
| Junior high school and high school students (ages 12-17) | 6,600 yen (regular price: 7,000 yen) |
| Children (Infant/elementary school age 4-11 years old) | 4,700 yen (regular price: 5,000 yen) |
Tickets will be available for purchase on the Tokyo Disney Resort website from 2 pm Monday, February 6, 2023. Ticket sales will not be available at the ticket counters at the resort. Please note that the Metropolitan Area Weekday Passport will not be available on May 1st (Mon), May 2nd (Tue), 2023 and national holidays.
