Tokyo Disneyland Special Halloween 2021 Ticketed Event
Tokyo Disneyland is offering a special “Morning Halloween Passport” for a limited time for you to enjoy the Park before it opens! This special ticket allows you to enjoy Tokyo Disneyland between 8:00 and 10:00 AM while in your Halloween costume. Afterward, you’re allowed to enjoy the rest of your day at the park from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Tokyo Disneyland has a light version of its Halloween event from September 15 through October 31, 2021 (which is included in all-day tickets). However, there’s no Halloween event at Tokyo DisneySea this year, but it has its year-long 20th-anniversary event.
Here’s what you need to know about this special Halloween park ticket.

tl;dr Think of this as a Park ticket that gets you 2 extra hours at Tokyo Disneyland with the ability to wear a costume and see an additional parade.
Halloween Costumes
During the two-hour period, you’re allowed to wear a Disney costume and continue wearing it for the rest of the day at the Park. If you don’t enter the park before 10:00 AM, you aren’t allowed to wear a costume. You’re also encouraged to take photos in front of Cinderella Castle.
However, there are no special character greetings.
For more on Halloween costumes, check out our Tokyo Disneyland Halloween Guide.
Halloween Entertainment
A 25-minute greeting parade called “Mickey’s Greeting Parade with Villains” appears along the parade route at 8:45 AM. This is in addition to the Halloween greeting parade that happens later in the day for all guests.
Attractions, Shopping, and Restaurants
A select number of attractions, shops, and restaurants are open during the two-hour window. For the Standby Pass and Entry Request, you can start using those at 10:00 AM and not before.
Attractions open include:

- Space Mountain
- Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters

Take a tour around Tokyo with the convenient hop-on and-off bus. Spend a rainy afternoon inside Japan’s largest indoor theme park, Tokyo Joyoplis, near Tokyo Disney!
