Tokyo DisneySea Entertainment Guide 2026

Tokyo DisneySea is often called the best Disney theme park in the world, and it’s easy to see why. The entertainment line-up is constantly evolving, with refreshed shows, seasonal overlays, and brand-new productions debuting throughout the year. It’s what keeps fans coming back again and again.

Let’s take a look at all the magical entertainment this amazing theme park has to offer in 2026!

Believe! ~Sea of Dreams~

We’re kicking things off with Tokyo DisneySea’s nighttime spectacular – Believe! ~Sea of Dreams~. The nighttime debuted in 2022, replacing the park’s unique version of Disney’s popular Fantasmic show. The show follows Peter Pan and Wendy as they set sail on a golden pirate ship to visit the “Sea of Dreams” and meet the “wishing stars” that are their Disney friends.

Presented on the waters of Mediterranean Harbor, this 30 minute spectacle features everything you’d want in a nighttime spectacular – giant set pieces, majestic lighting, pyrotechnics, projection mapping, and of course, favourite Disney friends, including Peter Pan, Moana, Rapunzel, Elsa, Aladdin and more.

Disney Premier Access is available for purchase (¥2,500 per person), offering guests access to dedicated viewing areas around Mediterranean Harbor. You can still secure a great view without paying, however they’re tough to grab without dedication as these areas fill up fast.

Tip: You can hold a spot for yourself and one friend using a leisure sheet. More than that? You may be asked to move. Step away for food or bathroom breaks? Let a Cast Member know, or your spot may be cleared after ~30 minutes.

Dance the Globe!

Tokyo DisneySea’s 25th anniversary celebrations have kicked into high gear with the debut of Dance the Globe!, a brand-new stage show lighting up Waterfront Park in American Waterfront. Performed on a special outdoor stage, the high-energy production unites Mickey Mouse and friends for a vibrant showcase of dance and music from around the world.

The show features Rapunzel from Tangled, Hiro from Big Hero 6, and Mirabel from Encanto, making her first-ever appearance at Tokyo DisneySea. During the anniversary celebration, Mickey and friends will close the show in their special Jubilee 25th anniversary costumes. The 25-minute show will be performed two to four times daily – check out the monthly performance schedule for details.

Disney Premier Access is available for purchase (¥2,500 per person), offering guests dedicated viewing areas. General seating is first come, first served, and guests start lining up well ahead of showtime. If you’re not fussed about being close, you can arrive around 10 minutes before the performance and watch from further back. It’s not the prime view, but you’ll still be able to enjoy the show from a distance.

Sparkling Jubilee Celebration

The anniversary event will also feature Sparkling Jubilee Celebration, a character greeting on Mediterranean Harbour, where Disney characters dressed in their 25th anniversary costumes will take to the waters in a specially decorated boat. Familiar Tokyo DisneySea Disney characters will also appear on land, joining guests in a festive celebration.

The 20-minute performance will be presented 1-3 times per day. We’ll let you know once more information become available!

Dreams Take Flight

Debuting in July 2025, Dreams Take Flight invites guests into a rhythmic, heartwarming day at an aeroplane factory, Disney-style! Set in a bustling workshop, the energetic show follows Minnie Mouse and Disney friends as they team up to build an aeroplane from the ground up.

Blending high-energy dance numbers, live music, and Disney storytelling, the dynamic show features characters from Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios films, including classic Disney friends, Minnie, Mickey, Donald Duck, Chip, Dale, Max, Pete, Miguel from Coco, The Lion King’s Timon, Merida from Brave, alongside Pocahontas and Moana.

The 25 minute show will be presented at the indoor Hangar Stage in Lost River Delta 3-4 times per day – check the monthly schedule here. Disney Premier Access is available for purchase (¥2,500 per person), offering guests prime viewing locations. Some unreserved seating may be available depending on the day’s capacity – we recommend arriving at the the theatre 15-30 minutes prior the posted show time.

Duffy & Friends’ Colorful Happiness Journey

It’s hard to believe it’s been 20 years since Duffy the Disney Bear first stole hearts in Japan. To mark the milestone, Duffy and his friends, dressed in sparkling 20th anniversary outfits, will set sail on a specially decorated DisneySea Transit Steamer Line for Duffy and Friends’ Colourful Happiness Journey.

This cheerful harbour greeting cruises along the waterways of Tokyo DisneySea two to three times each day, giving guests plenty of chances to spot the loveable crew as they pass by. The show is very brief, and isn’t a must-see, however stop to see the gang sail by if you’re in the area. The limited-time offering will be presented until March 19, 2026 (Thursday).

Duffy & Friends’s Wonderful Friendship

Duffy & Friends’ Wonderful Friendship is a charming stage show at Cape Cod Cook-Off in Cape Cod. While the show is only in Japanese, it is easy to follow and enjoyable for everyone. The story follows Duffy and his friends as they plan their own party, each using their special talents to make it happen. A few hiccups pop up along the way, but with creativity and teamwork, they pull off a celebration.

Sky Full of Colors

Sky Full of Colors is Tokyo Disney Resort’s nightly fireworks show that can be seen from both parks. Featuring familiar Disney songs, the brief fireworks presentation is a nice way to end a day, however this is a much smaller offering than those found at other Disney parks due to the resort’s location in Tokyo.

The fireworks can be viewed from various locations within the park, however, there may be some areas around the Mediterranean Harbor waters where they are difficult to see. It’s important to note that the fireworks are regularly cancelled due to strong winds across the Tokyo Bay.

Occasionally, shows will need to go down for maintenance. To help avoid disappointment, our Tokyo Disneyland & Tokyo DisneySea Ride Closures 2025 Calendar is handy. It’ll help you ensure you don’t accidentally plan a trip on a day when an attraction or show is closed.
