Construction of the new Toy Story Hotel at Tokyo Disney Resort continues! The hotel opens sometime this year, but we don’t have an official opening date yet (we’ll keep you updated once we know).
The newest Tokyo Disney Hotel is the Resort’s first moderate hotel next door to the Hilton Tokyo Bay Hotel, right on the monorail loop line.
Here’s a look at the construction from this month! Scroll down to see how the hotel changes some of its colours in the evenings, which is a new addition this month.
Front of the Toy Story Hotel
Here’s a look from the front of the hotel. You can see a lot from the monorail and the ground if you’re walking towards the Hilton Tokyo Bay. Since the last update, the most significant change I’ve seen is the large brown pillar in the front (not sure what it’s for), with its crayon illustrations, which I kind of love.
Back of the Toy Story Hotel
The back of the shows a few things on its terrace(?) In the evening you’re able to see the lights are on in the hallways. Also, the brown pillar I showed earlier changes colours in the evenings!
