Shanghai Disney Resort has released images of the new highly themed rooms coming to the Toy Story Hotel, featuring a Buzz Lightyear room, in addition to a new family suite. Let’s take a look at the whimsical new accommodation options available at Shanghai Disney Resort.

Toy Box Family Suite

With brightly coloured toy-themed furniture and decorations, the new Toy Box Family Suite is sure to be popular with families. The new suite has views of the courtyard and sleeps up to 4: featuring 1 King Bed, 1 sofa bed and a special children’s bed “hidden” behind the TV! The room’s whimsical decor is sure to immerse guests in the world of Toy Story.

The Toy Box Family Suite features the iconic cloud wallpaper as it appeared in Andy’s Bedroom in Toy Story. Other decor consists of large building blocks, playing cards from Woody’s Round Up Card Game and colourful carpets inspired by Woody and Buzz Lightyear.

Buzz Lightyear Theme Room

Guests can blast off on a secret mission in uncharted space while staying in the brand new Buzz Lightyear Theme Room. The room’s cartoony decor draws inspiration from the classic Buzz Lightyear of Star Command animated TV show, making you feel as though you’ve boarded Buzz’s spaceship.

The decor in the room features a wardrobe in the shape of a space capsule, space-ship-themed decals, a giant little green men wall puzzle and other nods to Buzz’s adventures with Star command.

Toy Story Hotel at Shanghai Disney Resort is no longer the only Disney hotel themed to the beloved Pixar franchise, following the opening of the Toy Story Hotel at Tokyo Disney Resort.
