This limited-time event is sure to be an eggceptional time, packed with eggclusive merchandise, eggstraordinary food and drink, and entertainment that will have you hatching with excitement. While Universal Easter Celebration is designed with younger children in mind, it runs alongside Universal Cool Japan, which features thrilling attractions inspired by popular anime and video games. So whether you’re drawn to cuddly bunnies or high-tech battles, Universal Studios Japan has something for you.
Limited Time Entertainment
Get ready to bust a move with your favourite characters from Sesame Street, Hello Kitty, Peanuts, and Minions, with Universal Studio Japan’s energetic “Go! Go! Easter March” parade. The parade will be presented multiple times per day – be sure to check the show schedule for performance dates and times.
At Universal Wonderland: Let’s Rock Together!, guests can join their favourite park friends for a seasonal celebration filled with high-energy rock music! The lively street festival brings back Kuromi Live, starring Kuromi and My Melody, which made its debut last spring, plus, characters will take the stage in costumes inspired by legendary rock bands.

Guests visiting during Universal Easter Celebration can enjoy an array of delectable Easter-only food and sweets themed around rabbits and eggs! Highlights include the “Egg & Pastrami Beef Easter Sandwich Set” with Easter-like flavors, and the “Easter Bunny Cake – Strawberry & Peach” with a cute rabbit motif.

Parkside Grill, the park’s main dining area, will reopen on March 4th with an expanded space and a refreshed menu featuring authentic grilled dishes and premium Italian cuisine. Popular for it’s view of the theme park, Parkside Grill will introduce a revamped menu tailored for different dining occasions, offering new selections for both lunch and dinner.
Merchandise
During the springtime event, guests can purchase exclusive easter-only goods including a super cute headband with bunny ears, and a a new Snoopy cap with an Easter design.
Merchandise for the upcoming street show Kuromi Live – World Kuromi Tour Crystal Clear, kicking off this spring, will be available! The lineup includes a stylish concert T-shirt and a muffler towel featuring a “Black Dreams Bloom” Kuromi design, and glittering accessories for waving during the show.
For a limited time, guests can collect eco-friendly stickers made from recycled eggshells! Simply say “Happy Easter!” to the crew, and you’ll receive an adorable limited-edition sticker—while supplies last!

Getting around Japan by the world-renowned bullet train, known as the Shinkansen, is incredibly fast, reliable, and affordable for visitors. You can travel from Tokyo to Osaka in just over 2 hours. Get the JR Rail Pass to save a ton of money on the bullet train for your trip.
Book Your Hotel
Universal Studios Japan has affordable accommodations that are steps away from the park and have easy access to Osaka. I recommend checking prices through Booking.com followed by the hotels directly. Sometimes, you’re able to score some incredible deals. Here’s a short list of hotels at Universal Studios Japan I recommend.
- The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan – You’re directly in front of the Park gates and have instant access to Universal CityWalk Osaka. The rooms are gorgeous, with restaurants and even a Lawson (Japanese convenience store).
