Fans of Snoopy will be excited to know that Snoopy Studio, located in Universal Studios Japan’s Universal Wonderland area for younger guests, has reopened following an extended refurbishment. USJ is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the PEANUTS comics with an upgraded Snoopy Studios and a Snoopy Stamp Collection Tour campaign, offering new attractions, photo spots, and merchandise.
A key feature of the reopening is the addition of on-ride photos to the indoor attraction Snoopy’s Flying Ace Adventure, where guests can follow Snoopy in his role as the daring “Flying Ace” and master of disguise. The photos make for a perfect keepsake from the adventure.
A brand-new Snoopy Photo Opportunity has been added, featuring the Beagle Scout Campground. Here, visitors can snap commemorative photos with Snoopy dressed in his adorable Beagle Scout outfit and meet the charming leader of the pack.
The nearby Snoopy Studio Store also offers cute Beagle Scout-themed merchandise, including shirts with patches and large-capacity tote bags with removable bandanas.
Over at Snoopy’s Backlot Cafe, guests can grab limited-edition Flying Ace mugs while enjoying tasty seasonal treats like the strawberry frappe, enjoy a Teriyaki Beef Burger Set, or indulge in a steamed custard bun shaped like Snoopy’s iconic face.
To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Peanuts, Universal Studios Japan is rolling out the Snoopy Stamp Collection Tour, letting fans collect stamps across Peanuts-related facilities in Japan, including the Snoopy Museum, Peanuts Cafe, and more. Each location will distribute special, location-exclusive stamp collection sheets until December 31, 2025.
