Tokyo Disneyland has unveiled the third instalment of its “Disney Palpalooza” campaign: “Vanellope’s Sweet Pop World,” inspired by Disney’s Wreck-It Ralph! The special event will see Tokyo Disneyland transformed into a delicious candy world as imagined by everyone’s favourite glitch, Vanellope.
Tokyo Disneyland is releasing an extensive collection of delicious-looking original merchandise featuring an eye-catching candy motif. The collection features a range of fashionable items including headbands, shoulder bags and accessories that are perfect for wearing while enjoying while attending the event.
The Vanellope’s Sweet Pop World collection also includes a line featuring Mickey Mouse and Friends, including a range of plush keychains of the characters wearing their limited-time event clothing, stationery including the ever-present clear folder set, candy-themed pens, and collectable postcards. Naturally, the range also includes a variety of delicious candy treats that make for perfect gifts.
The Tokyo Disneyland Vanellope’s Sweet Pop World range will be available from January 14th at Disney & Company and World Bazaar Confectionery.
Note: You may need a Standby Pass to access the shop carrying this merchandise. This pass is available for free through the Tokyo Disney Resort app. Bon Voyage (the shop outside Tokyo Disney Resort by Maihama Station) may require a reservation to buy this merchandise (the rest of the shop won’t require a reservation). The Bon Voyage reservation website is only in Japanese, but you can log in with your Disney account and use Google Translate to translate the page.
