Finding plant-based food at Tokyo Disney Resort – and in Japan more broadly has historically been a challenge, with limited options available for non-meat eaters. However, that’s beginning to change, thanks to the introduction of clearly labeled plant-based menu items at restaurants within the parks!
The resort’s plant-based menu consists primarily of plant-based ingredients and does not contain meat, seafood, eggs, dairy, honey or gelatin as ingredients. Plant-based menu items will be easily identifiable by a green leaf icon on menu boards posted in store and on the official Tokyo Disney Resort website.

Plant-based fans visiting Tokyo Disneyland are in for a treat, with a range of options available across the park. These include walk-around snacks like churros, quick-service meals such as grilled vegetable pizza, and even a premium plant-based course at Blue Bayou Restaurant.

Plant-based fans visiting Tokyo DisneySea will find a variety of options across the park, from spaghetti with vegetable sauce and vegetable pizza to hearty quick-service meals like curry, rice bowls, and plant-based burgers, plus lighter snacks such as salads, falafel, donuts, and churros.
At the premium end, Magellan’s also offers a refined table-service experience with elevated plant-based dining options in a more immersive, fine-dining setting. It’s great to finally have such options at the park!
