Your Guide to ‘Summer Cool Off’ 2025 at Tokyo Disney Resort

Things are about to heat up at Tokyo Disney Resort with the resort’s Summer Cool-Off campaign, with the parks offering new exclusive summer merchandise, summery food and beverage options to quench your thirst and limited-time activities to get you soaked in Japan’s hot summer months! The limited-time event will be offered from July 2 to September 15, 2025.

Tokyo Disneyland Summer Offerings

During the event, guests will be able to enjoy limited-time offerings to help you keep cool in the summer heat. This year will see the return of the park’s popular ‘drenching program’, offering exciting opportunities to get soaking wet, alongside a special version of Baymax’s Happy Ride for the first time.

Baymax’s Happy Ride

The cult-favourite Baymax’s Happy Ride, famous for it’s party atmosphere is set to receive an exciting new soundtrack for the summer season! For a limited time, songs by Mrs. GREEN APPLE will be added to the six original songs that are played in the regular attraction. The collaboration marks the first time that songs by Japanese artists will be played in an attraction at Tokyo Disney Resort.

Big Hero 6 Mission Cool Down

Baymax’s Mission Cooldown is making a comeback this summer at Tokyo Disneyland! To help guests beat the heat, Baymax from Big Hero 6 will appear along the parade route three times per day, spraying a refreshing mist. He’s on a mission to boost guests’ energy levels, which have dropped in the summer sun, and will patrol the route in search of areas that need a little extra cooling care.

Splash Mountain ‘More! Soaking wet MAX

Guests can enjoy a special version of Splash Mountain this summer. Splash Mountain ‘More! Soaking wet MAX promises to leave them completely soaked. While Tokyo Disneyland’s standard version is typically less wet than the former U.S. versions, this seasonal twist cranks up the splash factor, leaving riders completely drenched.

Soaking Wet Spots

Over in Toontown, young guests can get drenched by the Jolly Trolley Garage, Toontown Fire Station, and the Fireworks Factory. “Soaked” Toontown features cool mist and water spouting like waterfalls.

A brand-new soaking spot is coming to the entrance of Adventureland! For safety, guests should avoid using the area barefoot, in swimsuits, or while fully clothed—including young children. And since you’re guaranteed to get soaked, be sure to protect your electronic devices like smartphones from getting wet.

Country Bear Theatre Vacation Jamboree

The fan-favorite summer edition of the classic Country Bear Jamboree is coming back! Country Bear Theatre: Vacation Jamboree, starring everyone’s favourite singing bears, will be presented from Wednesday, May 14 to Friday, October 31, 2025.

Tokyo DisneySea

Over at Tokyo DisneySea, guests can enjoy enjoy the summer version of a classic attraction, soak zones to keep you cool, plus brand-new limited time entertainment.

Dockside Splash Remix

Get ready for an electrifying new nighttime show at DisneySea’s Dockside Stage! “Dockside Splash Remix” will pump up the energy with EDM beats, flames, and bursts of water, as Mickey Mouse and friends take the stage with high-energy dance routines.

The show builds to an exciting remix of “Jamboree Mickey” and features Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, Chip, Dale, and Clarice. This 20-minute splash-filled performance will be presented three times daily. Please note this show is standing-room only, with no seating available.

Aquatopia “Soaked” Version

The summer version of the ride sees the self-driving water vehicles take passengers on a drenching journey, with the added excitement of not knowing where or when they will get wet. The ride will be eligible for the “Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary Priority Pass” for a limited time.

Soaking Wet Spots

This summer, a brand-new “Drenched Harbor Splash” zone will debut near Piazza Topolino and Lido Isle, offering guests a fun way to cool down with the dramatic Mount Prometheus volcano as a backdrop. Water will surge from Mediterranean Harbor as guests dance along to high-energy music by Mrs. GREEN APPLE. Splash time is set to take place about six times a day and will run into the evening hours.

The passageway connecting Mysterious Island to Port Discovery will also feature a spot where you can get soaked. Be careful not to get electronic devices such as smartphones wet by putting them in your bag or pocket!

Summer Food and Drink

The parks will be selling menus perfect for the summer. Tokyo Disneyland’s Plaza Pavilion Restaurant will be selling cold udon noodles in a cup with a Baymax design. Designed for eating on the go, the cup features a heart-shaped potato mochi, soft-boiled eggs in the shape of Baymax, and beef ribs.

Tokyo Disneyland will be offering shaved ice with an adorable little Baymax mochi on top. Strawberry and Blue Syrup & Mango flavours will be offered at Plaza Pavilion Restaurant, with Tropical Fruit & Tea Jelly available at Boiler Room Bites

okyo DisneySea will also serve up a colorful selection of treats, including strawberry-packed shaved ice and a unique lassi-flavored variety. Strawberry Milk flavour can be found at Hudson River Harvest, while the Lassi & Strawberry variety will be found at Sultan’s Oasis.

In addition to delicious treats, Pan Galactic Pizza Port & Plasma Ray’s Diner at Tokyo Disneyland will also offer food souvenirs featuring designs of Mickey and friends enjoying a summer day at the beach.

Limited-Time Merchandise

A range of limited-edition summer merchandise will arrive on July 1, including neon-themed Baymax accessories, light-up bangles that respond to movement, and matching goods like plush charms and erasers. Later in July, Mrs. GREEN APPLE collaboration items will also be available.

Additionally, the SuiSui Summer collection features designs of Mickey Mouse and friends enjoying summer at the beach, eating ice cream, going for a drive, and meeting adorable flamingos. The range includes a variety of clothing and accessories to enhance your summer day at the parks or the beach.

Hotel Offerings

The Hyperion Lounge and Tick Tock Diner at the Disney Ambassador Hotel will serve limited-time menu items with a summery design and a “SUNNY SUNNY Summer” theme. Over at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, guests can enjoy a seasonal banquet at Sherwood Garden Restaurant and fine dining at Kanna.

Guests dining at Chef Mickey’s at the Disney Ambassador Hotel can enjoy a Hawaiian-style buffet, bringing island-inspired flavors to the popular character dining restaurant. The menu features dishes like smoked salmon poke, garlic shrimp, and loco moco, along with refreshing beverages. Read More.

In addition to speciality food and drink the outdoor pools at Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, Disney Ambassador Hotel and Tokyo Disneyland Hotel! This is also available to guests not staying at the hotel. Please note that there is a fee to use the outdoor pool.

Limited-Time 1-Day Park Hopper and Night Passport Options

For the first time in a while, guests can once again enjoy both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea in a single day! The 1-Day Park Hopper Passport (Limited Time Offer) allows visitors to enter either park from opening time and move freely between both starting at 11:00 AM.

Disney Resort Line
