Chinese New Year 2017 at Shanghai Disneyland


From January 7, until February 12, 2017, Shanghai Disneyland celebrates their first Chinese New Year with a plethora of “Year of the Rooster” merchandise, decorations, food, and entertainment. From “A Drum Ceremony” to adorable Mickey or Minnie Popcorn buckets, there’s enough to fill your day at the park! For full details, visit the official Shanghai Disneyland website.

If you plan on visiting between January 29 to 31, the official Shanghai Disneyland website indicates you should buy your tickets in advance. The park has reached capacity leading up to the start of the Chinese New Year
