Your Complete Guide to Tokyo DisneySea’s 25th Anniversary ‘Sparkling Jubilee’ Celebration

Tokyo DisneySea is celebrating it’s 25th anniversary with a year-long Tokyo DisneySea 25th Anniversary Sparkling Jubilee celebration. Guests will be treated to limited-time entertainment, commemorative merchandise, themed food and beverage offerings, and festive decorations throughout the park, making it a milestone celebration not to be missed!

Tokyo DisneySea’s Sparkling Jubilee celebration will run from April 15, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

Decorations

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Tokyo DisneySea will transform with glittering Jubilee Blue decorations, a special colour inspired by the park’s ocean theme. The celebration begins the moment guests arrive, with sparkling designs surrounding the DisneySea Aquasphere at the entrance.

Guests will find glittering blue jubilee bunting, and statues of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse featuring the 25th anniversary logo, which will be sure to be a popular photo spot for fans.

The Passaggio MiraCosta, which serves as the dramatic entrance to Tokyo DisneySea’s Mediterranean Harbor, will also be illuminated after dark with lights that shimmer in shades of jubilee blue.

The festive touches will extend across every themed port, with jubilee blue decor. As the sun sets, the Arabian Coast will glitter with an environmental production featuring music unique to the special event.

The celebratory decor continues throughout the rest of the park, including festive bunting in Mermaid Lagoon, Port Discovery and Lost River Delta. Guests will find plenty of photo-spots while exploring.

Limited-time Entertainment

It wouldn’t be a celebration at Tokyo Disney Resort without a lineup of exciting new entertainment. Guests visiting during the festivities can look forward to an all-new selection of offerings, adding even more energy and atmosphere across the park.

Dance The Globe

Debuting ahead of the anniversary and now entertaining guests daily, Dance the Globe! takes to a special stage at Waterfront Park in the American Waterfront. The energetic brand-new stage show brings together Mickey and friends for a lively celebration of dance and music from around the world.

The show features Rapunzel from Tangled, Hiro from Big Hero 6, and Mirabel from Encanto, making her first-ever appearance at Tokyo DisneySea. During the anniversary celebration, Mickey and friends will close the show in their special Jubilee 25th anniversary costumes.

Sparkling Jubilee Celebration

The anniversary event introduces Sparkling Jubilee Celebration, a lively character greeting on Mediterranean Harbor at Tokyo DisneySea. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and friends appear in their 25th anniversary costumes aboard a specially decorated boat, while other familiar characters greet guests along the waterfront, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the area. The 20-minute performance is presented one to three times daily.

Sparkling Jubilee Night

As the sun sets, Mediterranean Harbor will glow even brighter with Sparkling Jubilee Night, a dazzling projection mapping show set to the 25th anniversary theme song, “Come Join the Jubilee.” Clocking in at around 5 minutes, the sparkling projection show will be presented three times nightly from 8pm.

Merchandise

No anniversary celebration would be complete without exclusive merchandise! Guests can find a wide variety of festive items featuring Disney characters alongside park icons, from plush toys and badges to flags, apparel, and collectible sweets. The range features a large array of festive stationery goods, including pens, memo pads, stickers and the ever-present clear folder.

Guests can also look forward to a range of wearable items in Jubilee blue, including eye-catching T-shirts, hoodies, Minnie ear headbands, and an array of fun accessories to complete your look. In addition to the main celebration line, there’s also a selection of stylish and practical items designed for everyday use, including wearable apparel, bags, accessories, stationery, and handy everyday essentials. A key feature of the anniversary is the introduction of the Jubilee Badge, which can be customised with a variety of badges, ribbons and charms. The badges make for perfect additions to your park outfit.

A standout in the anniversary merchandise lineup is the Jubilee Locket, which lets guests create a personalised anniversary keepsake. The centre features a small compartment that opens, where you can place sparkling pieces and jewel-like elements inspired by the park’s eight themed ports.

A large selection of Duffy & Friends ‘Find Your Beautiful Blue’ merchandise will be exclusively sold at McDuck’s Department Store from April 17th. The collection features goods that can be enjoyed at the park and home, including a range of adorable plush charms of Duffy & Friends wearing shades of blue.

The Jubilee Journey range leans into the details that make Tokyo DisneySea so unique. Postcards and pin badges feature familiar icons like the DisneySea Aquasphere, along with motifs representing each of the eight themed ports. The pin badge set is sure to be a popular item for Disneyana collectors!

Special capsule toys are also available! These capsules recreate anniversary artwork from the park’s history. Three different themes will roll out during the 25th anniversary period. The first release features accessory cases with a shopping bag motif, each showcasing a different anniversary year design.

Jubilee Blue Memories

During the anniversary event, the Rimembranze store located on the Ponte Vecchio bridge in Mediterranean Harbor will be enveloped in jubilee blue. The store will offer a special bottle of Jubilee Blue Memories, which can be paired with a Jubilee Blue Stone, making for a perfect keepsake.

Food and Drink

During the anniversary, restaurants within the park will be introducing special anniversary menu items decorated in Jubilee Blue. Mediterranean Harbor restaurant, Cafe Portofino, and Port Discovery’s Horizon Bay Restaurant will be decorated for the 25th anniversary starting April 8th.

Guests will find special menu items, including sundaes, a Mickey macaron, and special drinks decorated in Jubilee Blue at The Sparkling Jubilee Wagon, a food wagon set up at American Waterfront.

Collectors will want to get their hands on the limited-edition Sparkling Jubilee popcorn bucket, featuring artwork of Mickey and Friends dressed in their Jubilee blue anniversary outfits. Alongside the menu items, restaurants will also release a selection of 25th anniversary food souvenirs. Fans and collectors can pick up exclusive souvenir plates, lunch cases, and tumblers designed for the occasion.

Tokyo Disney Resort expanding its popular frozen goods range to include a beautifully designed cake inspired by the ocean and decorated in Jubilee Blue, the official colour of the anniversary. The 25th Anniversary Jubilee Blue Frozen Cake can be ordered via the Tokyo Disney Resort App.

SS Columbia Jubilee Gala

The SS Columbia, docked in the American Waterfront, will be holding the SS Columbia Jubilee Gala to celebrate its 25th anniversary from April 15th to June 30th. The ship will feature anniversary decorations and a special menu served in the SS Columbia Dining Room. Participating guests can enjoy exclusive merchandise, free drink refills in the Teddy Roosevelt Lounge, and take commemorative photos.

The SS Columbia Jubilee Gala is a separately ticketed dining event and advance reservations are required. Each sitting lasts approximately two hours. Tickets are sold online in phases, with on-sale dates depending on your intended visit period. Tickets will sell out quickly, so planning ahead is essential. Tickets for April 15 – April 22 go on sale February 26th (Thu) 10:00.

Pricing is set at ¥19,900 for guests aged 20 and over and ¥16,000 for guests aged 4 to 19. Children under three do not require a ticket, however meals, beverages, commemorative goods and food souvenirs are not provided for them. A valid Tokyo DisneySea park ticket must also be purchased separately, as event admission does not include entry to the park.

Hotel Offerings

The Jubilee celebration offerings will extend beyond the park, with Jubilee Blue decorations, anniversary merchandise, and festive themed food and beverage offerings at the park’s two integrated hotels.

At Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, the main entrance will feature the 25th Anniversary logo and Disney characters, and the galleon with Captain Mickey Mouse will be decorated with sparkling garlands. Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel will be decorating its main entrance for the first time.

Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta and Disney Ambassador Hotel will be offering special menus themed around the Tokyo DisneySea 25th Anniversary from April 8 to June 30, 2026. The hotel restaurants will offer a wide range of fine dining options, delectable desserts and speciality drinks.

Select menus at Hyperion Lounge and Empire Grill come with an original 25th commemorative charm.

Guests staying at either hotel from April 8, 2026, to April 1, 2027, will be able to purchase exclusive key cards and key cases (¥4,000) featuring designs of Mickey and Friends dressed in Jubilee Blue attire.

Participating hotel guests will also be able to get their hands on hotel-exclusive goods, including a vanity pouch featuring original artwork of Chip and Dale enjoying the celebration at Tokyo DisneySea.

Guests wanting to make the most of their visit can opt for the “Tokyo DisneySea 25th Anniversary Celebration: 2-Day Enjoyment of Magellan’s Dining and Vacation Package Exclusive Character Greetings,” which includes greetings with Disney friends dressed in their 25th anniversary costumes.

Disney Resort Line

From April 15, 2026 through March 31, 2027, the Disney Resort Line will run a special anniversary-themed wrapped monorail called the Tokyo DisneySea 25th Anniversary “Sparkling Jubilee” Liner, setting the festive mood before guests even enter the gates.

The train’s exterior features the 25th anniversary logo with artwork of Mickey Mouse and his friends dressed in their 25th anniversary costumes, while the interior has been transformed in glittering Jubilee Blue, decorations and themed hanging straps. Passengers will also be treated to the Tokyo DisneySea 25th anniversary theme song, “Come Join the Jubilee,” playing as ambient music throughout the ride.

Starting April 8 – one week before the liner launches – two types of commemorative all-day free passes will go on sale at ticket machines at each station, with more anniversary-themed designs to follow throughout the event period.

For collectors, a set of four Tokyo DisneySea 25th anniversary souvenir medals will go on sale from April 1, featuring popular Disney duos: Mickey Mouse and Pluto, Donald Duck and Goofy, Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck, and Chip and Dale – one design available at each station.
