Duffy & Friends Return with Second Wave of “Find Your Beautiful Blue!” Merchandise and Food Souvenirs

Tokyo DisneySea is continuing its 25th anniversary celebrations with a brand-new wave of merchandise and food inspired by “Duffy & Friends Find Your Beautiful Blue!” The second collection arrives on July 7th, bringing more pastel-toned merchandise, themed desserts, refreshing summer drinks, and even special offerings aboard the Disney Resort Line and at Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta.

The limited-time Duffy and friends event will be offered from July 7th through March 31st, 2027.

“Duffy & Friends Find Your Beautiful Blue!” Story

Duffy and his friends set off aboard the Find Blue ship they built the day before, searching for the colour blue.

Along the way, they spotted a blue bird flying through the sky. Following its trail led them to a garden filled with beautiful blue flowers.

ShellieMay used the flowers to make flower crowns for everyone and created a special lei for Olu Mel. Inspired by the flowers’ gentle fragrance, Olu Mel played a melody for ShellieMay using a leaf whistle.

LinaBell then discovered a blue berry on the ground, which led the group to a collection of rare blue fruits. CookieAnn used the fruit together with the cupcakes she had brought along to create a brand-new dessert called “Blue Forest.”

Later, Gelatoni drew the twilight sky using a blue crayon. Looking at the artwork, Duffy remarked that it resembled a sparkling river of pale blue stars. StellaLou pointed to the brightest star in the sky and performed a dance inspired by it.

As everyone gathered together beneath the stars, they shared the different shades of blue they had discovered throughout their journey. Their eyes sparkled just like the stars above them.

Limited-Time Merchandise

The second wave focuses heavily on soft blue tones and starry-night imagery, while also expanding the wearable and collectible lineup. One standout item is the series of plush charms featuring Duffy and friends riding colourful tricycles. The plush charms are perfect for attaching to bags and backpacks, letting guests show off their favourite Duffy character while spending the day at Tokyo DisneySea.

Guests will also find tote bags featuring artwork from both the first and second collections. The front and back designs combine to tell the full story of Duffy and friends’ adventure. Large bandanas are also included in the range, designed for styling around bags or wearing as part of a park outfit.

Home items are another focus in this second wave. Decorative magnet sets, drawstring bags, face towels, cushions, tissue box covers, and photo stands all feature scenes from Duffy and friends’ search for the colour blue, with artwork inspired by flower gardens, sparkling stars, and glowing twilight skies.

The collection also includes interchangeable rings and matching multi-cases. Each ring features a different character face, and the cases open to reveal a map inspired by the group’s journey.

New Food Souvenirs and Summer Drinks

Cape Cod Cook-Off is introducing a refreshing sparkling drink for summer, combining soda with black tea jelly and topped with a Duffy-shaped mousse. Also available at Dockside Diner and Miguel’s El Dorado Cantina, guests are encouraged to stir the drink before enjoying it.

The second round of food souvenirs also continues the blue colour theme introduced earlier this year. Guests can add souvenir cups to the Earl Grey panna cotta and milk mousse dessert, while souvenir plates are available with the milk tea shortcake topped with pistachios. Selected menu items will also offer souvenir lunch cases and drink bottles.

Some drinks, including the sparkling tea and orange beverage, will begin sales earlier on July 1st. The Earl Grey panna cotta and milk tea shortcake originally debuted in April as part of the first collection.

Hotel Offerings

From July 7th through August 24th, the Silk Road Garden restaurant inside Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta will offer a special “Duffy & Friends Find Your Beautiful Blue!” Cantonese lunch course.

The menu includes themed appetisers, Chinese steamed buns, main dishes, and desserts inspired by the night sky and Duffy & Friends. A limited-time special drink featuring muscat and guava juice with pink grapefruit, passion fruit, and lime will also be available during lunch service.

Disney Resort Line

Fans collecting Disney Resort Line tickets will also want to keep an eye out for special “Find Your Beautiful Blue!” free passes beginning July 7th. The commemorative tickets will be sold through ticket vending machines at stations around the resort, while supplies last.
