Spring is coming to Shanghai Disney Resort! From March 1st to June 15th, 2022, Shanghai Disneyland will celebrate all things Spring. From floral decorations, a street show, to special limited-time offerings, Shanghai Disneyland is truly in full bloom. Check out the details and pictures below.

Characters
The theme of this year’s Spring event is ‘Camping’. Mickey and friends will be wearing their best camping and spring outfits, including bucket hats and camping badges. Guests can take photos and selfies with the characters. Additionally, guests will be able to see their favourite characters in the “Disney Color Celebration: Street Party” featuring stunning graphic outfits in blue, yellow and red (see Entertainment).
Decorations
Throughout the resort, guests can enjoy the beauty of Spring as the resort comes alive with thousands of flowers and blooms, including cherry blossoms, lupines, buttercups, and more. This spring will also see the introduction of topiaries to the park for the first time, in the shape of beloved Disney characters. Additionally, guests will find colourfully decorated Easter eggs decorated and a spring-themed social wall next to Il Paperino.
Entertainment
The resort is offering a number of unique shows, entertainment, and expanded offerings throughout the day during the festival period.

Special Food and Drink
During the event, a number of special spring-themed food options will be available. The Royal Banquet Hall will offer a Princess Royal Banquet Hall Princess Package, inspired by different Disney princesses, with dishes including a Cinderella’s chocolate slipper and Tiana-style Creole Gumbo. Other options include princess-themed afternoon tea sets and spring-themed desserts.
Merchandise
The “2022 Spring Mickey and Friends Series” will be was launched on March 1, 2022. The line of merchandise features products inspired by Mickey and his friends going camping. The collection features messenger bags, lunch boxes, foldable blankets and other items. Additional Duffy and Friends spring-themed merchandise will be released at a later date.
