Demon Slayer returns to the stage in Tokyo!

A brand-new Demon Slayer (aka: Kimetsu no Yaiba) stage show has arrived in Tokyo. Titled “KIMETSU NO YAIBA the stage Part 6 Hashira Training / Infinity Castle: The Beginning”, the stage spectacular runs from June 13 to 28, 2026 at the Box1000 theatre at MoN Takanawa.

The Latest Chapter

As the 6th stage adaptation of the immensely popular franchise, the story seamlessly weaves elements from both the Hashira Training Arc and the Infinity Castle Arc. The result is a high-energy, action-packed show that leaves fans and theater-goers alike in awe of how the actors and production staff are able to bring the world of Demon Slayer to life.

This time, following a brutal battle at the Swordsmith Village, the Demon Slayer Corps initiates the grueling “Hashira Training” to push every swordsman to their absolute limits for the final war.

Their training is cut short, however, when Muzan Kibutsuji launches a surprise attack, dragging Tanjiro and the Hashira directly into his shifting stronghold: the Infinity Castle. Separated and trapped, the slayers are forced into high-stakes, deeply personal battles against the deadliest Upper Rank demons, kicking off a brutal night where the survival of humanity hangs in the balance.

New and Returning Cast

Many of your favourite characters are back for this installment, with several of the roles being reprised by actors from previous productions. Sakamoto Shogo returns as Tanjiro, joined this time by Takahashi Fu to share the titular role.

Takahashi Karen also returns as Nezuko, along with Kadoyama Yoko as Shinobu, Ueda Keisuke as Zenitsu, Sato Yugo as Inosuke, and Sasaki Yoshihide as Muzan. Urai Kenji, who previously only appeared in a pre-recorded appearance, now joins the cast on stage in person to portray the powerful demon Doma.

At the time of this writing, unfortunately the tickets for the entire run are sold out, but same-day tickets might be available at the box office.

Live Viewing and Physical Media

There will also be a release of the show on BluRay and DVD starting on November 25, 2026, and the various media sets will feature the entire show, along with Making-Of segments and back stage footage.
